Trade Marketing Specialist

Oakley Inc. - Global Marketing Specialist (Promoted from Global Marketing Coordinator) 
•	Collaborate with other cross-functional teams within the organization such as Oakley’s training, operations, in-house creative agency, and sales on a variety of marketing initiatives. 
•	Support and manage the development of tiered in-store campaigns and window campaigns by channel. 
•	Manage the distribution of developed in-store marketing strategy to global contacts which includes pro-active, compelling marketing communications. 
•	Collaborate with outside agencies to produce creative and effective window imagery and in-store materials/signage by channel and tier. 
•	Work with a wide range of constituents in setting business priorities, foster cohesion and provide motivation to cross-functional teams. 
•	Responsible for on-time delivery and monitoring of global TM efforts to ensure deadlines are met each quarter.

Global Marketing Specialist

•	Utilize InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint to design and update/resize department documents such as Creative Assets Deck, Visual Merchandising Guidelines, asset layouts and other various files.
•	Utilize my project management skills by maintaining various trade marketing projects such as the Global Promotional Items Program, Oakley headquarters office rebranding, and global email newsletter system. 
•	Run inventory and budget reports in Excel which are communicated with Senior Directors, and collaborate within and outside immediate area on various marketing initiatives.


Global Marketing Coordinator

•	Critical analysis of sales orders, allocation, inventory stock levels, and customer fulfillment through daily application of SAP. 
•	Interact with sales at a detailed level in regards to orders, account administration, stock, and production matters. 
•	Produce complex reports (pivot tables, filtering and functions) and distribute to departments for review while providing insight and trending data on a regular basis.
