•	Establishment of eCommerce strategic offering in Alcohol and Beverage verticals across search, social, programmatic and display by optimizing and leveraging partner vendor capabilities, resulting in the adoption of additional commerce channels and incremental sales lift

Client business was awarded to PHD Media after winning the contest by driving a 63% increase in sales per click and a 260% increase in ROAS

•	Drove record setting key sales period by leading strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display teams to drive a 30% increase in online bookings YoY. Our team focused planning on the long-term effects of filling the top of the funnel, while optimizing daily to capture immediate booking opportunities
•	Working closely with executive leadership on long term planning of agency resources, resulting in year over year increases in spend and staff scoping

•	Leading the strategic investment of a 100% increase in search budget in 2019, resulting in a 112% increase in KPI’s by creating an automated Google Data Studio Dashboard to provide real time optimization priorities to internal teams based on optimization impact
•	Driving a 60% increase in 2020 paid search budget YoY by demonstrating the effectiveness of direct response search tactics to efficiently drive client KPI’s and by proving the brand lift associated with an increased investment in nonbrand search terms
•	Fostering the skillset of an associate director, supervisor, strategist and coordinator by creating an environment that encourages clear actionable feedback and detailed career development steps
