Ron Jon Surf Shop Las Vegas is a licensed partner. My duties are to source and continue building long lasting relationships for myself while maintaining a look and feel that gives my customer a quick emotional glance to Cocoa Beach, Florida. Working with 110 vendors and a vast network of private label entities, keeping a thumb on the pulse of what is on trend. Always reminding myself that I am blessed to have this opportunity and I am not shopping for myself, but for a customer base as wide as the Pacific Ocean. My job is to inhabit the mind of the customers and make them feel comfortable with the idea that they are shopping at a surf shop in the middle of the desert.
