This project consists of converting an AMC 16 into 69 units of loft style apartments, single and two story. The AMC is situated in a mixed use complex in Downtown Long Beach. The theater is sandwiched between 3 floors of parking below and 3 floors of apartments above equaling 226 units in capacity. The structure for the AMC was originally design built as a movie theater with structural metal, metal pan decking and 6” of concrete. The structure itself was a challenge due to the sloping floors, elevation changes and low ceiling heights. My job consists of Maintaining meeting minutes, writing/logging RFI’s, writing/logging change orders, writing/logging submittals, writing/maintaining schedule, specification conformance, construction planning, redlining and planning/permitting.

The City of Winlock has expanded its capacity by adding eight Membrane Bioreactor Cells on the upper hill above the existing plant. The new Reactor is construction of Concrete with CMU Pump house and stands 40' above grade and has a footprint of nearly 12,000 sq feet. There is also a new Generator and tool storage shed on the new upper facility. The lower facility consists of retrofitting the existing equipment and office area's to the new facility. Job responsibilities include: reviewing all materials submittals for compliance and submitting to the Architect, tracking submittal register, procurement log and the requests for information. Assisted with all Safety and acted as the alternate Superintendent.
