Honey Punch2018 – Present
-Lead designer across multi product range for brands including Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Asos, and Dollskill -Synchronize creative process across internal and international (China) teams to produce 3 innovative collections per month -Research and create mood boards, detailed tech packs, and digital illustrations -Responsible for all garment details including colors, styling, graphics, and selection of cost-efficient fabrics -Supervise weekly fits sessions with technical design team

Urban Outfitters Inc.2001 – 2018
-Lead designer on Loungewear and Heavy Knits department - included rompers, lounge tops, lounge pants, and sweatshirts -Turned the Lounge Tops line into the fastest turning category across all Urban womenswear -Designed weekly top 10 performing products for both eCommerce and in-store channels -Worked with buyers to develop monthly high-performance ranges -Co-ordinated with Production and Fabric teams on fabric developments and budgeting -Presented ranges to top company executives in regular sketch reviews -Responsible for trim, print, and bulk fabric approvals
