-Lead designer across multi product range for brands including Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Asos, and Dollskill

-Research and create mood boards, detailed tech packs, and digital illustrations 
-Responsible for all garment details including colors, styling, graphics, and selection of cost-efficient fabrics

-Lead designer on Loungewear and Heavy Knits department - included rompers, lounge tops, lounge pants, and sweatshirts
-Turned the Lounge Tops line into the fastest turning category across all Urban womenswear
-Designed weekly top 10 performing products for both eCommerce and in-store channels
-Worked with buyers to develop monthly high-performance ranges
-Co-ordinated with Production and Fabric teams on fabric developments and budgeting
-Presented ranges to top company executives in regular sketch reviews 
-Responsible for trim, print, and bulk fabric approvals

-Lead designer for Jersey and Denim department
-Designed the range and compiled design packs (incl. sketches and specs) for Asia, Turkey and UK suppliers
-Responsible for hiring, training and leading interns
-Conducted trend research on internet, catwalks, blogs, social media, magazines, exhibitions, overseas shopping trips
-Presented trends in sign offs, strategy meetings and seasonal trend presentations
-Worked closely together with buyers to build successful range and push trends
-Attended Denim PV Barcelona and Paris PV

-Lead designer on Jersey and Cut & Sew for Red Herring casual department - Achieved 2015 Best Selling Area
-Awarded Employee of the year 2014
-Compiled design packs for Turkey and Far East suppliers
-Attended regular factory and shopping trips to Turkey, Ibiza, Barcelona, Berlin, Paris and London
-Presented concept and range in sign offs and strategy meetings
-Created mood boards and assisted with colour palettes
-Sourced fabrics from international vendors at fabric fairs and factory visits
