- Strategized and tested customer acquisition strategies, and leveraged data-driven insights to inform decision-making across various tactics including, email, sms, retargeting, UGC, and loyalty programs, to boost customer engagement, foster repeat purchases. Increased returning customers rate by 21% after initiating custom loyalty program. Increased email revenue by 102% from 2019 to 2020. 
- Directed and led team on brand strategy and creative vision in photo, video, graphic design, SEO content, and spearheaded affiliate, press, and influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, showcase industry expertise, and enhance credibility through external channels.
