As an Ecommerce Operations Manager for the AMS region I am responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of active sportswear brands which operate on cross-functional platforms and initiatives. My main primary goal is to ensure the day-to-day operational management across all ecommerce processes; systematically and physically while collaborating with ecommerce IT, customer experience, product, merchandising, CRM, inventory control and multiple 3PL warehouse teams on a daily basis.
