Growing product sales by expanding medical testing needs with Quality Control & Salesforce Customer Relationship Management-- • Process Request for Quotes (RFQs) and compile bids/quotes for customers in a timely and responsive manner. Submitted bids via: email, online portal, mail within a proactive deadline driven structure. • Prioritized, allocated and scheduled resources to manage project deadlines via record keeping. • Generated and sent Purchase Orders (POs), calls to make orders, and made purchases online for customers; keeping customers updated and satisfied of order status and shipment tracking. • Invoiced customers, processed customer payments, and followed up with customers regarding outstanding invoices. • Responded to Customer Service inquiries on invoice clarifications, order status, and offered services. • Maintained a log of all projects, purchase orders, invoices, returns, deliveries, RFQs and reasons for unsuccessful bids.

CYES Outreach Campaign Coordinator

Rising Sun Energy Center

Rising Sun Energy Center runs a summer program called California Youth Energy Services (CYES). During the summer program, over 150 youth are hired and trained as Energy Specialists. They provide residents in the cities and counties that we partner with no-cost energy and water assessments and upgrades— • Assisted CYES in helping cities and counties reach their climate action goals by performing our most successful summer program to date • Contributed to exceeding all annual goals in both number of homes serviced and energy and water saving installations, resulting in over 4,400 homes serviced; over ¾’s of a million KWH saved; over 9 million gallons of water saved annually • Executed a successful pre-summer outreach campaign to secure 950 community-based sign-ups for free energy audits across Solano County • Worked closely with a Regional Management team to supervise a team of 8 seasonal employees throughout 3 off-site locations of forty youth • Facilitated the training of 2 Program Associates with key programmatic tactics such as data entry and the booking of residential appointments • Nurtured strategic partnerships with city officials, property managers, faith-based groups, and neighborhood councils within 7 cities by participating in forty community events and implementing a series of grassroots outreach tactics in both social and traditional media
