-Executes product launches with press announcements, as well as a brand campaign featuring a high-profile celebrity spokesperson, handling press outreach and managing social media coverage to maximize visibility.
-Works with clients across a variety of industries including fashion, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, tech, interior design, hospitality, sport and more, tailoring PR strategies to meet diverse brand needs.
-Coordinates red carpet events in NYC, Los Angeles and Austin, TX, securing red carpet reporters, paparazzi, and other
media personnel for onsite interviews for digital, social, and broadcast coverage to maximize media exposure.
-Crafts media alerts for red carpet moments and stayed up all night to receive materials from clients, distributing them to industry publications to maximize exposure and coverage.
-Organizes and executes influencer and industry notable gifting initiatives, securing social media collaborations to boost brand engagement via social platforms.
-Collaborates with influencers and VIPs to ensure their attendance at client events, enhancing event credibility and amplifying media coverage.
-Manages end-to-end communications strategies including earned media, influencer marketing, celebrity seeding, talent and partner outreach, and retail-facing press to deliver holistic campaign impact.
-Builds and maintains relationships across all verticals of the industry including long-lead editors, short-lead contacts, digital and broadcast media, stylists, agents, buyers, and affiliate network partners.
-Manages event production for client projects, including conceptualization, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person events to elevate brand visibility.
-Coordinates and executes strategic public relations campaigns remotely, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery for the New York City-based agency and its global clients.
-Crafts compelling press releases, media pitches, and materials to secure high-profile media coverage across global, national and regional outlets (print, online, broadcast, social, etc).
-Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry notables and professionals to support ongoing publicity efforts.
Leads retail communications initiatives in collaboration with sales teams and partners to align messaging and drive sell-through, and arranges and secures in-person, one-on-one meetings for founders with retailers, top-tier press, and industry-leading influencers.
-Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports to demonstrate PR and event ROI.
-Conducts market research to identify emerging trends, target audiences, and opportunities to enhance brand positioning.

-Experience in managing all facets of agency operations and client service, from strategic planning, media relations, events, and influencer partnerships to crisis communications, new business development, talent coordination, internal team leadership, client counsel, and execution.
