Brand identity development and rollout: Hilton Creative Studio (Waldorf Astoria brand), luxury boutique hotels’ digital and print materials (Indian Springs Calistoga and Bernardus Lodge & Spa), Mary Kay global branding and packaging, Perot Museum of Nature and Science wayfinding, Trinity River Corridor (logo, identity, brand guidelines, and wayfinding/signage plan).

Working directly with executive leadership, hotel management, and creative teams, owning the design process and best practices. Accountable for establishing and maintaining quality design standards across all media through to brand books. Playing a crucial part in overall product delivery alongside technology and QA teammates. Resourcing design to ensure project deadlines and budget are met. Bidding briefs and presenting work at a high level to hotel ownership. Managing and directing the bandwidth and deliverables.

Photo art direction and design for several campaigns (visual merchandising, digital, and printed materials) including Sephora’s collaboration with Disney’s Minnie Mouse and Play! by Sephora. Helped create a new store branded look by establishing typographic and navigation/wayfinding specifications for 320 retail stores.

Upscale design for national ads, brochures, event invitations, The Book inserts, large-scale wallscapes, in-store signage.
