- Lead overall brand marketing and ecommerce strategy in collaboration with all teams
- Build annual marketing, blog, and social media calendar
- Analyze e-commerce trends and Shopify reports to inform strategy
- Construct creative briefs for all email, paid media, photography and video assets
- Create and execute brand story and product story campaigns
- E-commerce website management: track inventory via Full Circle and update creative
- Collaborate with email marketing to meet overall revenue goals
- Manage and leverage affiliate/influencer program and studio partnerships

- Research and recommend new vendors for registration supplies, onsite registration floor plans and cost savings measures directly related to operating expense.
- Participate in planning meetings, online registration page builds and provide quality control throughout the registration cycle.
- Ensure expenses are within budget.
- Provide customer service to show registrants escalated from registration vendor customer service and to internal Sales and Marketing teams in regards to registration.
- Manage and monitor schedule for temporary staff.
- Ensure all registration requirements are in place and that all vendors understand expectations.

Operations Coordinator

- Manage warehouse logistics regarding returns using Full Circle 
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
- Work to identify and develop upsell opportunities
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Program manage account escalations
- Create Customer Service manual, procedures, and guidelines for Pura Vida

Lead Customer Success Manager

- Work closely with account executives and coordinators on the Parenting and Kids team
- Create media lists and distribute pitches through those media lists
- Write pitches 
- Research competition and new potential outlets for coverage
- Clip and track daily, weekly, and top coverage for PBS KIDS and PBS LearningMedia 
- Write summaries and calculate total coverage for large events or releases of PBS KIDS shows
- Participate in internal team meetings and external client calls
