-Owned and operated a small organic farm for pasture-raised chickens, eggs, and pigs -Duties included: accounting, marketing, animal husbandry, mentoring of young farmhands, selling & delivering product, building and maintaining pastures, animal housing, & electric fencing, networking with local farmers, producers, and customers
