I am a human resources professional with 2 years of talent acquisition and generalist experience. I seek to understand and pride myself on my ability to connect with stakeholders and understand the needs of the business. I am dynamic and progressive, comfortable with ambiguity and I believe in challenging status quo to ensure we are working in the most efficient and effective way. I have had responsibility for recruiting over different manufacturing plants and have managed the university recruiting efforts. I have run point on the development programs which focused on technical, financial and operations management positions. • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Structurals plants (10 throughout the US) by sourcing, screening, placing, and on-boarding. • Responsible for executive level operations leadership as well as exempt and non-exempt positions. • Assisted with the TA improvement which included ATS implementation, centralization of recruitment, adoption of standardized interview methodology, touch point matrix and calibration of candidate communication. • Launched 2 new graduate classes for technical and financial. Assisted with building the program infrastructure & worked with the operation to submit project proposals for the new graduates. • Prepare compensation analysis for offer approval which included an internal equity review as well as market data. • Responsible for initiating PCC’s pre-employment process for all incoming new hires. • Assist with employee relations counseling, termination paperwork and exit interviewing. • Interpret and explain PCC benefits and policies to candidates and employees. • Consistently build relationships with hiring managers at various plants to effectively recruit hard-to-fill positions. • Train new HR Managers, various HR Leaders, and recruiters on Talent Acquisition and HR process and policies. • Seasonally plan and lead teams to attend fall and spring engineering/business/technical careers fairs. • Coordinate teams to attend the annual Mechanical Engineering Co-Op Program event at Oregon State University. • Contribute to the placement of MECOP interns within PCC Structurals Portland Operations. • Effectively recruit, screen, and place Technical and Financial Rotational Program candidates. • Plan and coordinate development program onboarding and orientation week including the Annual Report Out. • Coordinate and manage hiring and recruiting processes by ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations including EEOC, AAP, and OFCCP, VEVRAA, and 503. • Expand diversity hiring by attending various recruiting events and ensuring data was correct in the system for posting outlets. • Trained on operations metrics: productivity, ESH, Profitability, EBITDA, right to left thinking.
