Innovative organizational leader, instructor, speaker, author, and consultant. I have spent over two decades working, training, coaching, and leading in high-liability environments. Garnering work with government agencies, both private and public organizations, and non-profit entities worldwide. By providing a path and specific resources, I assist Outdoor Sports Corporations, Military, Law Enforcement, and Public Safety entities in creating their competitive edge by growing their retention, productivity, and safety rates by 45%.

In early 2020 as COVID-19 lockdowns slowed the oil & gas industry, and my daughter was home from structured school and began homeschooling I decided to do the same and began working at Walmart to take advantage of their fully paid college education benefits. I graduated with my bachelors in October of 2022.
•	Lowered facility product shrinkage by $400k fiscal year 2021.
•	Successfully testified in civil and criminal courts.
•	Communicate and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local laws while emphasizing company standards of professionalism and safety.
•	Provided assistance to those in need through partnerships with Durango Police Department/Axis Health Services joint CORE Team.
•	Oversaw and enforced pharmacy product and dispensing controls, and HIPPA compliance.
•	Performed investigative procedures/forensic accounting procedures for the protection of assets and associates including internal and external fraud, insider, and external threats.
•	Awarded Recognition of Excellence by Durango Police Department for investigations leading to the absolution of multiple high-visibility and multi-state/jurisdictional cases.


After speaking on the highly successful people-centric Operations Excellence systems, I designed at their annual Upper Management Team gathering, I was requested by Chevron SVPs to supply consulting services for Global Operations Business Units (BU) and their vendors.

?	Team Leader and mentor of high-performance teamwork of coaching staff within each of the 14 BUs.
?	Developed innovative solution of governance for business partner and vendor safety and quality performance encompassing over 150 businesses per BU.
?	Developed and implemented a data-driven operational framework to manage operating mechanisms and to guide personnel effectively and efficiently through business process improvement processes.

Bootstrapped K5 Tactical with a $1,500 investment: drove net revenue to $150k in the first year. ?	Designed the “Glory Knife” in memorial of the first Navy SEAL KIA in Iraq, Marc Lee. This knife was produced by US manufacturer and industry leader, Benchmade Knife Company. 
?	Crafted partnerships with multiple companies to manufacture my product designs to direct sales model.
?	Consulted and supplied technical engineering, sourcing, and development and training for C4ISR type global communications systems and Operational Command Centers for two governments and three organizations.
?	Performed three project management, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing process improvement directly leading up to 100 personnel and encompassing indirect leadership between 200 and 4000 employees.
