I am a supply chain professional with 6+ years of experience and a strong passion for the outdoors.

I live in Golden, CO and currently work for MillerCoors. I graduated from Western Michigan University, earning a degree in supply chain management from one of the nations top 3 supply chain programs (Haworth College of Business). I am also in the process of earning my CPIM certification through APICS.

I am very interested in outdoor apparel/recreation equipment industries. I want to combine my experience in supply chain management and my passion for the outdoors, to build a long lasting relationship with an employer that will allow me to grow and take on increasing responsibility.

1. Contributes to and operates supply planning processes associated with $9B, 72 million barrels including supply planning and supply chain optimization for MillerCoors.
- Manages the supply planning processes which determine brewing, packaging, distribution, inventory, and supplier requirements plans, and also processes that oversee the execution of product supply plans, coordinate course corrections, and develop and implement contingency plans across the supply chain.

2. Adds value creation through the design and optimization of the MillerCoors supply network, from supplier through distributor.
- The supply network optimization accounts for $250MM of the $300MM of the synergies / cost savings the Supply Chain is responsible for.
- Manages detailed supply plans which drive $5.5B operating budgets.
- Manages MillerCoors finished goods inventory strategy of ~$400MM finished goods inventory 

•	Analyzed global inventories and led a global cross-functional team to execute a lean inventory initiative.
•	Created a global tool to identify physical space requirements of stocking raw materials and sub-assemblies.
•	Identified and addressed root causes of space constraints, resulting in reduced inventory levels and receiving time.
•	Created a tool for material management personnel to dictate material movements to offsite warehouse location.
•	Enabled a functionality of SAP that increased visibility and warehouse space utilization for procurement specialists.
•	Utilized SAP to set production schedules, make material master changes, and perform daily planning tasks.
•	Analyzed and optimized multiple production line schedules based on available resources and production demand.

Global Material Management & Production Planning Intern

•	Developed and led 3 "Kaizen" projects, streamlining material flow and improving supply chain visibility and efficiency.
•	Analyzed pricing by market segment and implemented a pricing strategy, effectively optimizing profit margins.
•	Performed reverse bids and strategically executed over $100,000 in purchase orders, effectively driving cost savings.

Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing Intern

•	Led a global product restoration project, driving cost savings of over $160,000 in Vendor Managed Inventory scrap avoidance in 8 weeks.
•	Negotiated vendor contracts while leading a cross-functional team to establish part specifications and tolerances.
•	Utilized JD Edwards to provide demand forecasts and identify procurement needs through stock flow analysis.

Material Management & Strategic Supplier Relations Intern
