Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

-Technical product lead; designing custom top of the line furniture for world class casinos & OEM customers

-New product development focused on continuous improvement and increasing manufacturing output through cost reduction initiatives, optimizing assembly line process and procedures, 5S, and Manufacturing/QC root cause analysis

-Identify, Conceptualize, & Develop turn-key products and manufacturing solutions that include electro-mechanical & mechanical assemblies, product testing & validation, & fabricating custom manufacturing tools/fixtures/jigs.

-Expert level Solidworks CAD modeling, 3D scanning & Reverse engineering of hand built prototypes and conceptual drawings, BOM structuring with multiple configurations , Exploded view drawings, assembly instructions
