Dylan Larney

Sales associate at an independently, rider owned and operated snowboard specialty shop at the base of Copper Mountain Resort, Colorado. As one of three sales associates (plus the owner) I absorbed all possible information about the companies the shop carries, their history and values, and technical features of soft and hard-goods. As the only store that carries snowboard hard-goods at the mountain sales associates are often asked questions about the brands and models we carry, to which we answer to the best of our ability. I was able to develop rapport with dozens of customers who returned seeking my professional advice.

Teach youth and young adults how to progress their snowboarding while maintaining a focus on having fun. Group and time management were skills that were sharpened in this position. Had the opportunity to expose children to life lessons they could learn because of snowboarding.
