Experience  working for large companies Ticketmaster, Major League Baseball Advanced Media and a startup expansion ECHL franchise in the major market San Francisco, CA. •	Serve as the principal contact with all of Major League Baseball Advanced Media and Tickets.com (TDC) departments regarding Oakland Athletics ticketing software and box office hardware.

•	Interfaces with product development, application analysts, operations, settlement, fulfillment, customer service and marketing teams for all home games both regular and spring training to coordinate schedules, ticket sales planning, event creation and event settlements.
•	Develop a strong skill set for assessing partnership potential and implementing new partners utilizing our API’s.  
•	Provide input on technology enhancement and marketing efforts, including self service products and content management
•	Hosts regular meetings and conference calls with TDC and Oakland Athletics departments to ensure optimal performance and results and ensures company wide strategies are adhered to.

•	Acted as liaison between TicketWeb, promoters and venues to utilize features of T4 platform
•	Coordinate demo’s and training for all clients on BETA T4 platform, provide input on marketing and sales efforts of various campaigns
•	Negotiated and fulfilled complex contract agreements with a wide range of partners resulting in over 250K tickets sold online.
o	Partnerships include: Harlem Globetrotters, SoundSet Music Festival, Van’s Warped Tour
•	Facilitated integration of partner websites to steamline  event creation across all platforms
