Responsibilities:
• Leveraged relationships with global organizations/ brands into strategic partnerships, securing ~$600K in endorsements and personal sponsorships; coordinated all business development initiatives and contract negotiation
• Provided ongoing consulting, product development, and testing with global outdoor brands including Oakley, Helly Hansen, Stoeckli Skis, HEAD skis, Auclair Gloves, and Dainese
• Developed and maintained relationships with team sponsors, donors, and global equipment providers, managing ~$60K in endorsement contracts annually
• Collaborated with key stakeholders including coaches, teammates, and staff to drive team performance, resulting in three world championship medals and placement in 2018 PyeongChang Winter Games
