	•	Established and managed all WIP, production purchase orders, raw material purchases, freight shipments for Pre-SMS, SMS Bulk and Production orders to ensure on time delivery and fulfillment

PRODUCT MANGER

•	Partner with merchandising and design to manage the development time-line and a five-season calendar

•	Negotiate and approve costing, lead-times and minimums
•	Work with sales to make sure that wholesales and MSRP’s are set competitively for the market
•	Manage the development of the entire Analog line including streetwear, denim, jackets/outerwear, headwear and accessories for a five-season calendar
•	Source materials and trims for the line
•	Create and edit Bill of Materials
•	Manage the delivery and quality of prototypes and sales samples
•	Partner with technical fit department to review and fit prototypes/samples and issue comments
•	Compile samples for catalog and marketing photo shoots as well as put together the catalog text

PRODUCT MANAGER - ANALOG APPAREL

•	Research technologies, techniques and materials to provide the design team with new ideas and appropriate options
•	Proactively manage the styling, material and trim requirements relative to manufacturability, performance, quality, cost, lead-times and minimums
•	Manage the timely approval of fabric and lab dips
•	Ensure the execution of fit requirements and construction and problem solve with technical designer as required
•	Ensure appropriate supplier matrix exists for each season
•	Partner with R&D team to ensure that fabrics and garments are meeting all required standards
•	Partner with Quality Assurance to review and fix quality issues
•	Maintain detailed information for assigned styles, including product specs and comments

PRODUCT DEVELOPER – TECHNICAL OUTERWEAR

•	Collaborate with the demand planning team on seasonal raw material and finished product forecast
•	Analyze forecast and supplier minimums to minimize excess fabric and finished goods inventory
•	Issue and manage seasonal forecast to mills and factories
•	Tracked the purchasing of raw material to ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods
•	Prepare time and action calendar for product categories to meet delivery date targets
•	Track changes on styles/colors and communicate changes to factories and internal departments
•	Finalize the negotiation of production costing
•	Ensure timeliness of purchase order creation and the delivery of the purchase orders to factories
•	Communicate with factories to monitor work-in-process and ex-factory dates to ensure on time delivery
