The Honda Anna Engine Plant requires a 2-Week training period at a separate remote location ensuring you not only understand the product, but that you have the experience necessary to operate with or around heavy machinery, and properly communicate and coordinate with a team of highly trained individuals to expedite the assembly process as much as possible! Given my prior work experience I naturally took on additional responsibilities which involved early morning torque wrench adjustments, parts and supply management, and coordinating morning meetings to utilize our staff into proper positions on the line for optimal quarterly rotations throughout the work day!

With extensive knowledge of the service and sales facets of the dealership and organization/communication skills, I bounced around improving and enhancing every department to the best of my abilities. Moving from sales to inventory management, then aiding the service department, I applied all of my efforts into unifying the store as a whole to maximize profits while also maintaining peak customer care!

Progressing quickly through the training presented me with the opportunity to learn and grow with the company. Learning how to broker freight, read and properly organize BOL's (Bill of Lading), manage inventory, properly pack and load large scale freight for ground shipping, certifying me in heavy machinery usage and forklift operation, and possessing the ability to perform every specific job in the warehouse so I can help out where I see fit to keep productivity up and make for a fluid running business.
