Diana Beltran is a people-driven leader with 12 years of experience advocating for customer happiness. She specializes in analytical reporting, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.

Currently, Diana works as an Ecommerce Photo Production Coordinator at Jolyn. She project manages the pre and post production journey of photoshoots needed for the ecommerce website. 

Previously, Diana worked as an End Customer Service Manager at Nixon, supporting customers through their pre and post-purchase journey via chat, social, phone, and email. Diana lead the North America team of superstar customer service advocates. She also worked at Michael Kors where she had first-in-class training in sales, relationship building, and customer retention. 

Diana graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor's in Sociology. Diana is passionate about human & animal rights and advocating for Women, BIPOC, PETA and the LGBTQIA+ community. 

In her free time, Diana enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Nicky and Dave, listening to live music, cycling, and traveling around the world. Among her favorite travel destinations is Tulum, Quintana Roo.

Pre Production: coordinate booking of models (& castings), photographers, and locations for all e-commerce
photoshoots (PDP & Lifestyle).
*  Partner with Marketing, Merchandising and Creative to create shot lists for all product photoshoots and ensure
campaign messaging is achieved.
*  Organize samples + coordinate packing up + shipment / transportation accordingly.
*  Act as the main point of contact for all marketing, production + creative teams to ensure clear communication.
*  Photoshoots: attend all photo shoots and act as lead on-set producer.
*  Communicate direction to stylists, stylist assistant and act as point person for all product relation questions.
*  Post Production: edit assets as per brand guidelines & standards for timely product launch.
*  Assist with uploading product data files for Shopify, which include: descriptions, meta data, URLS etc, in collaboration with the Director of Ecommerce & Merchandiser.

Analyzed and reported on end consumer inquiry information to identify key business opportunities.
Reports: Inquiry & KPI, Refunds, WISMO, Promotional updates and Social Media.
*	Responsible for North America customer service team of four that provided great business etiquette and enthusiasm when interacting with end consumers by phone, email, chat, and on social media in Salesforce.
*	Lead NA ECS team in maintaining defined department KPIs for end consumer inquiries in all channels.
*	Ensured communication channel coverage is maximized to minimize response time.
*	Maintained a fluid feedback loop of customer experience opportunities.
*	Monitored social media platform, Hootsuite, to provide timely responses via comments & DM's on social posts.
*	Monitored review platform, TurnTo, and worked with customers that rated experiences under 3 stars.
*	Assisted marketing & design team with promo orders for team riders, special events and campaign shoots.

*	Managed staff & inventory for two boutique-style stores that sold premium watches, soft goods & accessories.
