Manage the Executive Golf course operations, staff members, including coaching, training, 
and holding the team accountable to all company policies and procedures. Responsible for activities and functions relating to golf operations including budget, P&L, staff scheduling, POS system, inventory control, purchasing, starting functions, taking reservations, collecting greens fees, golf cart rental. Open and close the Course. Answers the phone and makes reservations for customers and members. Greet and direct all visitors. Inform players of course conditions for the day. Responsible for running efficient first tee by keeping a group on the tee, a group on deck and a group in the hole. Pair groups to keep a foursome on the tee. Effectively manage the tee sheet.
