-Effectively sold/brokered homeowner’s and renter’s policies through five companies in 44 states

-Ran multiple applications at a time while maintaining smooth phone conversation and skilled customer service

-Managed emails, incoming and outgoing phone calls to follow through with various customer requests to make sales 

Home Owners Sales Associate 

-Built and maintained over 50% of the school’s client base through effective sales, marketing, and instruction

-Managed daily operations, billing and scheduling functions

-Planned and coordinated the annual recital

-Managed school’s social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

Drum Instructor/Manager

-Sold high-end snowboards and snowboard accessories through the use of extensive product knowledge and strong customer service

-Worked with vendors on warranty and special order items to resolve customer issues effectively and promptly

-Designed sales promotions in order to effectively build product awareness

-Made repairs on snowboards and skis as well as tuned.

-Rode for the 245 snow team in local competitions to increase brand/shop awareness.
