Full Time designer of headwear, all custom/collab headwear, apparel design, and all graphic design within the brand. - Handled product development from concept to creation. - Collaborated one on one with all Cobranded customers to create custom designs - Interfaced with all departments to develop hats - Scheduled with production and sales to manage timelines and deadline - Worked closely with all manufacturers, including overseas, to ensure timelines and quality - Created all new product lines (after 2018) including hats, apparel, stickers, etc - Teamed up with marketing to create campaigns and ensure design met requirements
