Dee Dee Hill

As an Executive Personal Assistant and Office Manager for Dean Banowetz, a Live Television and Film Hair Supervisor. I was in charge of coordinating his work and personal calendars. Attending meetings on his behalf to take notes, coordinate meetings, and collect product knowledge. Travel coordinating and maintaining his business and personal finances were apart of my duties. For his salon, work kits, and home office I ordered supplies and conducted monthly inventories. Filing, answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and voicemails. Maintaining his salon, office, and home equipment service schedules. Due to Mr. Banowetz's busy work schedule and constant traveling I was in charge of running business and personal errands, supervising his house staff and keeping him updated on any show and salon issues that might have occurred while he was away. To assist Mr. Banowetz and his hair team with new projects, I created hair color and styling trend forecasting catalogs.

As an intermediate set costumer and assistant office manager for the show EXTRA TV. My daily task consist of prepping wardrobe for talent and any guest. Sending out daily wardrobe credits, placing office supply, and clothing orders. Tracking packages, shipping and receiving, scheduling sample returns and pick ups. Reviewing talent’s off site schedules, coordinating weekly and monthly calendar events with my supervisors. I have entry level seamstress and tailoring experience. Along with extensive accounting and receipt reconciliation experience.

While employed with Black Halo, I began in client service's. My responsibilities consisted of data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, filing, and updating client information. Worked closely with the West coast and East coast showrooms to ensure samples, line sheets, trade show, and market week products were received in a timely manner. Supervised seasonal sample sales and yearly inventories. After a promotion, I became the liaison to local wardrobe houses, stylist, and pr firms that requested clothing for tv and movie personalities. I have experience as a photo shoot assistant, arranging model calls, and e-commerce trend forecasting.
