This 16-week certificate, Leadership the Inner Journey was the prerequisite to the Ph.D. Industrial Organizational Psychology. Combining a residency, online and classroom curriculum, the cohort travelled through the history and theories of deep change necessary in bringing soul to the workplace.

Assessments, profiles and surveys were part of the core program along with a group thesis in driving cultures of organizational success through inner knowing at the leader-level.
