-Under the license owned by Velocity Global Brands, we are launching a Workwear/Outdoor Apparel division for Lucky Brand. -Design and Manage over all apparel categories: knit, fleece, woven tops, bottoms and outerwear. -Manage over workflow of Associate Designer, Graphic Designer and freelancers. -Product Development and Fabric/trim sourcing. -Work closely with Technical Designer to develop fit blocks of all product categories for Men & Women. -Developing brand book, concept/trend, textile designs, art and color direction seasonally. -Developed seasonal product calendar, sku plans and merchandise the line to meet licensee partner and company sales goals. -Launching collection in Fall 2024 in Boot Barn, Tractor Supply, Club & speciality outdoor retailers.

Developing 100-150 skus per season. -Increased Tops business 10% in 2021. -Managed over an Assistant Designer. -Created original textile designs and label packages seasonally. -Created spec sheets and conducted fittings for all tops product. -Collaborated with sales team on all product development executing the business needs of the customer + price points.

-Designed and managed over Men’s fleece, Sweaters, seasonal Jacket categories and the entire Boy’s collection. -Grew Men’s fleece and sweater business by 10% and Boy’s business by 22% in 2018/2019 season. -Communicated daily with merchandising, technical design and product development teams regarding design development.

-Hired to start-up a new Men’s line, which included knit tops, bottoms, outerwear and was presented to the CEO seasonally. -Designed a capsule collection for the Women’s collection- creating the best selling Alo Soft program. -Worked closely with the Creative Director and product development team to source performance fabrics / trims and collaborated with the technical design department to create new block fits through in-house sample development.

Reporting to VP of Design. -Traveled domestically for inspirational shopping and to present the collection to the buyers. -Collaborated effectively with the merchandising team in the selection of designs promoting the Converse brand at a strategic price point. -Communicated daily with overseas factories regarding all development and PLM tech packs. -Developed original artwork and CADS for garment development using Adobe Illustrator software.
