Event Coordinator

Events & Promotions

A Brand Manager, with a background as an experienced event producer working in the art, fashion, music, and design. I've produced events in cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Columbus, Indianapolis, and more. I love being active, spending time out doors, and traveling.

• Drives the overall campaign strategy for five alternative and artist brands
• Booking and invoicing for all venue rentals
• Serves as the primary client contact for the campaign from proposal to reporting
• Manages annual budgets across all states as well as shared costs
• Manages the creative process for the development of new digital and traditional marketing campaigns by working collaboratively with Rescue teams to ensure brand standards and timelines are being met
• Leverages social and digital media platforms to generate campaign awareness, recruit local supporters, and advertise upcoming events

Alternative Brand Manager

• Manage all website venue rental inquiries including Store Front and Peerspace 
• Booking and invoicing for all venue rentals
• Scheduling in person venue tours
• Creating event contracts and agreements
• Obtaining appropriate rentals and staffing for each event

• Produced market with approximately 400 local vendors and sponsors
• Recruited staff and volunteers for event
• Managed all email marketing campaigns and social media interactions 
• Secure appropriate venue rentals, required permits, security, A/V, decor, etc.
• Served as key contact for communication between all vendors, artist collaborations, and vendors daily.
• Created all event docs and floor map for event
• Oversaw daily operations and smooth functioning day of load in and load out

Event Producer

• Coordinate and produce one event per month featuring 60+ multi genre artists with 1000+ attendees while traveling on location in a different city each month. Markets include San Francisco, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, and Columbus.
• Engage and manage all artists from the time they are booked to completion of
event to ensure they have a successful experience
• Create all production documents including production schedules and floor maps
• Research new vendors and negotiate with partnered vendors
• Maintain a portfolio of artists, serving as primary contact for communication
• Secure appropriate venue rental, transportation, A/V, decore, etc.
• Manage each city's staffing, including production assistants, media production
team, DJ, and MC, and all needed labor for the day of the event

• Increased brand recognition by creating an active social media platform
• Executed a variety of in-store events with local media, buyers, sponsors, and taste-makers
• Curated engagement through blog collaborations and cross-promotional branding alignment
with other designers and local boutiques
