Leads a Team of Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Developers focused on Seller

?   Awards: Amazon 'Just do It' Award - Identified an issue impacting Selling partners, proposed a solution, and collaborated with multiple teams over several months resulting in $1B revenue impact for Sellers.

Responsible for managing a team of two sales reps with combined $44M revenue targets while personally carrying
the largest revenue targets in the org.
?   Owned Wireless Seller recruitment for the Amazon Renewed Program with a focus on Strategic accounts such as
wireless carriers and refurbishers. Maintained a pipeline of strategic prospects while launching new accounts on
Amazon.com and influencing Growth through customized recommendations resulting in 40% higher revenue per
Seller vs. team average.
?   Lead Hardlines against sales targets, while leading multiple projects outside of my responsibility and managing 2
employees.
?   Owned the Wireless Category for Renewed recruitment representing over $160M in GMS and launched 3 major US
wireless carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Comcast), Apple direct refurbishing partners, and multi-million-dollar resellers
into the renewed program.
?   Partnered with Sales, Marketing, and Program teams from across Amazon to plan and execute CES Tradeshow
experience for AWS, Marketplace, and B2B teams.
?   Was the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Amazon Renewed Program; improved Renewed Seller onboarding
processes, created SOP's for unique approval situations, trained partner teams on program nuances.
?   Seller enforcements and appeals Super SME; created and managed escalation process for Seller and ASIN
reinstatements, coached team of 70 reps on escalation best practices, partnered with enforcement teams to identify and improve broken processes.


?   Awards: Recipient of 2020 Top Performer award for exceeding revenue goals in all performance categories, 5
quarterly top performer awards.

Account Representative III

?   Worked collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the field sales team was well equipped to achieve their goals and duties in the field.
?   Trained the Field Sales team of 50 + on all new devices (~30 devices/year across 4 major carriers)
?   Managed the HTC's community for retail associates and cultivated an environment that encouraged HTC product
knowledge, passion for the brand, and additional sales. Assisted with creation and implantation of training,
planning, strategizing, and execution of marketing assets and activities, and field sales programs and events.
?   Created and implemented a new system of reporting for the Field Sales team that is reviewed weekly by the executive team.
?   Often travel to set up, present and train on HTC Vive (virtual reality) in retail outlets and at consumer facing
events, as well as participating in Trade Shows, Carrier Kick-offs and trainings, and Public Relations events.
?   Write HTC Champions communications to be sent out via HTC Champions blogs, Twitter, etc. Engage daily with the HTC advocate community to expand product knowledge and advocacy. Engage with HTC social media community,
plan and execute social events.

National Field Sales Manager

Managed the only carrier account that launched Google's Nexus 9 tablet by HTC, worked closely with the B2B team
to train and engage associates in order to bring T-Mobile LTE Nexus device to the market.
?   Consistently lead in sales on a 15-person national team, representing over $50 million in revenue
?   Created, executed, and managed a sales incentive for associates that resulted in a 30% sales lift
?   Aligned with HTC and T-Mobile marketing leadership on celebrity-endorsed campaign, featuring radio media - lowcost
program resulted in regional sales lift of 20% and 95% training compliance.
?   Honored with inaugural President's Club Award in 2014 for outstanding sales and performance.

Sr. Territory Sales Manager

Directed store meetings, district meetings and product trainings for Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint,
as well as National Retail partners such as Best Buy, Target, Radioshack, and Costco.
?   Territory spanned over 500 stores total. Trained carrier retail sales associates and leadership on all aspects of HTC
products, including phones and tablets on both Windows and Android platforms - HTC product suite includes 65
phones total.
?   Oversaw content and design for the nationwide product training newsletter, distributed to 130 field marketers.

?   Awards: Honored with the 2012 Above and Beyond Award for consistently going above and beyond expected
duties.
?   Representative of the Quarter Award in 2012 and 2013 for outstanding performance outside scope of job duties.
