Senior Graphic Designer

Creative mind who draws inspiration from skate, surf and snow. Food, the outdoors, and designing are my passion. Based in Los Angeles, I am an experienced designer with over 9 years in the industry, specializing in digital, print, packaging, and apparel design. Very detail oriented and an exceptional project manager. I have designed and driven many large marketing campaigns for activations such as: Primitive x Dragon Ball Z, Kikkoman, and Rick and Morty, along with the 2019 Primitive Euro Tour. Other notable brands and clients I've worked with include: Marshmello, Alesso, Jauz, Roddy Ricch, Juice Wrld, Slushii, Halsey, Demi Lovato, Columbia, Outdoor Products, Tilly's, Zumiez, Thrasher, Transworld, Gold's Gym, Hendrick Motorsports, TMT Racing Team, Lifetime Fitness, Equinox Gym

• Clients: Marshmello, Roddy Ricch, Alesso, Jauz, Slushii etc.
• Design all things merchandise including apparel and accessories for online store and tour
• Assist with sourcing, communicating to vendors and also managing delivery timeline
• Knowledgeable of print process and working with vendors to ensure perfect execution
• Create techpacks for print
• Up to date on all fashion trends along with apparel applications
• Create any marketing collateral needed such as banners, flyers, promo assets

• Design a variety of assets with major licenses such as Dragon Ball Z, Rick and Morty, Kikkoman, etc., all while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Design and self manage work flow for multiple departments including, Marketing, Apparel, E-Comm, and Sales.
• Design all marketing and advertisement collateral for global market which include, but not limited to, In store banners and signage, POP displays, Magazine Ads (Thrasher and more), Web banners, Social media graphics, and flyers. 
• Create digital assets for clients such as Zumiez, Tilly’s and many skate shops/distributors.
• Manage, prepare and design seasonal look book/catalogs from inception to print.
• Conceptualize and create packaging dielines and artwork along with physical mock ups.
•  Work directly with COO/CEO to prepare presentation decks and overviews for Executive meetings.  
• Create and provide digital assets to E-Commerce.

Graphic Designer

• Extensive knowledge in the garment sublimation process and understanding of pantone colors/ sublimation printing colors 
• Deep understanding and experience with screen-printing and heat transferring applications on garments 
• Interpret briefs from sales team to create innovative and original design concepts
• Design for a comprehensive range of custom and semi-custom apparel 
•  Prepare final production artwork for international factories and local embellishment places for production
• Convert client provided designs/ideas into pre-existing in-house templates and ensure files are production ready
• Communicate with clients to discuss designs when necessary, and ensure a high standard of graphic design is maintained for all clients in a timely manner.
• Communicate with production manager and directly with international factories to ensure the highest quality output and deadlines are met.
• Maintain client filing processes and implement improved processes if necessary.


Graphic Designer/ Teamwear Apparel Designer at 2XU

• Brands: Columbia Sportswear, Outdoor Products, Bass Pro Shops, DELL & HP
• Clients: Target, Walmart, REI, Dick’s Sporting Goods, BIG 5, KOHL’S & ROSS
• Diligently updating and working on existing packaging for various stores such as REI, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Walmart, Kohl's, and Big 5
• Creating new packaging for brands such as Columbia and Outdoor Products while meeting strict guidelines and adhering to company's existing identity
• Precisely creating new dielines for packaging and also store displays for products, with programs such as RULES and Adobe Illustrator
• Work very methodically to meet tight deadlines day in and day out while handling various tasks such as, updating and creating print ready artwork, creating packaging mockups for clients, uploading artwork to print vendors overseas and also rebranding current company look and feel
• Create Packaging Specification Forms & Bill of Materials to Obtain Costs
• Packaging Placement Instructions for Factory Use 


Graphic Designer 

•  Held sole responsibility in all things design, such as packaging, social media
   assets, marketing and advertising collateral, and promotional designs.
•  Created a full gas station window ad for advertising purposes
   and also van wrap for company use, all while adhearing to company guidelines.
•  Worked under pressure on a day to day basis in order to meet tight deadlines
•  Maintained and created content for Instagram account with 350k+ followers
   while performing tasks that include, updating packaging artwork, creating POP
   displays, creating product mock-ups and also ppt presentations. 

Lead Graphic Designer

• Meticulously updated/rebranded important publications such as freshman
  admission brochures centered towards up to 5,000 incoming freshmen
• Utilized Adobe Illustrator to skillfully create signage for events such as
  Explore CSUN which hosted around 7,000 people including incoming
  freshmen and family members
• Executed the task of creating promotional items with new identity all while
  following precise guidelines

• Worked with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create background skins
  for the Network’s Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook accounts
• Designed custom shareables and graphics for the company’s Facebook
  page which has received over than 300,000 “likes”
• Collaborated with the marketing department to develop graphics for social
  media outlets
• Produced digital visuals for Universal Sports Network’s live video feed on a daily basis
