• Instrumental in department being awarded DSG’s 2024 Top Vendor for bags
• Create and execute marketing collateral for licensed products, including product catalogs, promotional materials, and hang tags
• Develop Tech Packs for all designs, ensuring clear communication of specifications and requirements for production teams
• Utilize PLM software for seamless communication and project management between internal teams and overseas factories
• Collaborate with overseas factories to ensure timely development, sampling, and production of design assets
• Approve development samples, lab dips, and manage PPS and TOPS approvals, ensuring that design specifications meet production standards


• Designed and developed small leather goods and handbags for private labels and SMU (Special Make-Up) programs. Designed for brands such as Lodis, Guess, and G by Guess.
• Produced a wide range of marketing materials including catalogs, packaging, POP displays, and fliers, aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand direction
• Worked closely with buyers to generate seasonal direction, costing, and initial concepts for various men's and women's product categories
Developed shipping, displays, and packaging that adhered to strict Costco requirements; in regards to individual packaging through container logistics
• Communicated daily with overseas factories to ensure development and sampling were on schedule, and approved all development samples
• Played an instrumental role in designing Lodis’s first Boxed Program for men’s small leather goods, driving sales growth, and awarded Guess Retail’s mens program for SLGs and bags
