Global Director, Sales

Reported directly to the CEO/Founder.  I defined and lead KOR's growth strategy in US retail "core" sales, worker directly with National Accounts, built the outside Agency network, Independent Distributors Teams and expanded KOR's presense into Canada. 

Developed and managed KOR's internal sales operations teams, including all sales collateral, support systems (CRM, forecasting, sales analysis) and outbound sales programs. As VP of Sales I was ambidextrous in using a strategic mind to define sales goals while simultaneously demonstrating strong tactical skills to execute against these goals.

Vice President of Sales

Business Unit (BU) Sales Manager - Emerging Brands. Responsible for maximizing the revenue performance of the Emerging Brands BU: Platypus, SealLine, Packtowl, Ecase, Hummingbird and Tracks. Leading the sales force to achieve annual sales plans across US, Canada, PacRim, and Direct-to-Consumer. Drive the development and execution of the BU distribution strategy, including expansion into new sales channels; ensure effective sell-in for both existing and new products; and represent the voice of the sales force and dealers in the development of product, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Sales Manager - Emerging Brands

Manager - Global Strategic Accounts for Point of Sale (POS) data reporting. Management of assigned Global Strategic Account relationships “Nike, Converse and Hurley” throughout North America, EMEA, APAC, Central and South America for Point of Sale (POS) reporting. ?
Responsible for strengthening the relationship between accounts and internal teams including but not limited to IT, operations and marketing to ensure account needs are being met. 
Responsible for maintaining account satisfaction and revenue growth targets in addition to retailer on boarding’s for additional POS reporting to assigned accounts.

Directed the Sales & Marketing strategies for North American Premium Ski, Specialty, Outdoor, Golf and Fashion wholesale business. Managed the marketing of the US division through events, print, PR agency and all marketing budgets. Managed the international sales organization with reps and agency; directly involved in hiring, training and guiding the organization. Directly handled all key domestic accounts and international partners in Canada

Managed transition of Napapijri USA to VF Outdoor, Inc., including consolidation of data, customer information, transferring of inventory, transfer of all assets, closing of distribution center, liquidation of aging inventory, relocation of staff to international division, personal relocation to California

Project Manager

Directed sales & marketing, importing & exporting, budgets & forecasting, distribution center & inventory control, accounting, trade shows and client relationship of Napapijri USA, Premium Ski, Specialty Outdoor and fashion business.  Worked closely with the Italian design team on the merchandising of the US collection from PLM concept to market.  Managed sales representatives in North America, as well as an independent NYC Agency focusing on fashion and majors.  Supervised Distribution Center Manager and staff of two
•Increased sales in excess of 30% annually through opening 75 new accounts and organic growth
•Worked with the Italian design team to address US Customer concerns 
•Restructured US division which lead to a significantly reduced in expenses of 25% by managing T & E and downsizing team where applicable
