Responsible for month-end reporting for Americas region, P&L and Balance Sheet consolidation and analysis using Hyperion HFM and FDM, the global financial reporting consolidations tool. Work closely with the financial/accounting teams to receive the trial balances within the specified deadlines. Consolidate and integrate into global reporting system on a monthly basis. Maintain Hyperion Mapping database monthly. Update and log each new account mapping, based off GL account structure and logic, and ensure accounts and financials are properly reconciled. Build/maintain P&L's for each Wholesale brand and Retail banner/store, and report out key performance indicators, forecasts, monthly variance analysis (through Hyperion Smart View and Microsoft Power BI). Prepare several key Hyperion journal entries at a Consolidated Group level for management reporting on a monthly basis.

Researched and processed daily/monthly deliverables for multiple clients such as MIT, Johnson & Johnson and TCRS e.g. (Capital calls, distributions, pricing assets, supporting NAV, MV's, and cash movements) Responsible for day to day operations and identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transactions activity. Reconciled cash ledger and resolved any discrepancies for numerous funds daily Provided financial information needed to prepare financial statements, ad-hoc reports, and KPI's for all stakeholders Reviewed peer work for other clients and validated all daily activity in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining all necessary controls to ensure overall accuracy.
