•	Work with overseas vendors to produce motocross apparel.  
•	Negotiate product pricing and tooling.
•	Work with our internal design team to execute all aspects of the production process for helmets, boots, jerseys, pants, CE certified stone shields, protection, gloves and casual apparel.
•	Work with our conformance office for CE certification on all padded products.
•	Prepare cost analysis and margin projections for our purchasing dept.

Sales for San Diego Region

• Develop account strategies for regional distributors for chain account opportunities.
• Build team oriented relationships with distributors.
• Sales prospecting for local on and off premise accounts.
• Monitor national distributor depletion reports.
• Design and print marketing materials.
• Develop volume forecasts and communicate with Sales Administration to facilitate continuity of supply
• Weekly recap reports to President.

Sales Director

• Perform daily cash audits and deposits at closing.
• Coach the employees to maintain the CRG policies and what is in the guest's best interest.
• Control labor costs
• Maintain equipment or perform general repair when required.

• Built from scratch, Daddy-O's was a Rat rod, Rat Fink, 50's to early 60's, big, juicy, burger joint, from concept to completion.
•  Perform all duties from scouting locations, contractor selection and negotiations, secure financing, theme creation, logo design, interior décor, menu creation, graphic design, human resources, public relations, TV exposure, radio exposure and promotions.
• Inventory control, cost control, foh, boh. p & l review, cash flow analysis and all day to day operations associated with running a restaurant.
• Created an internet radio station: Daddy-O's Delux: The Shred Shed, for the restaurant.
