Responsible for global supply chain operations for multi-branded footwear business including: market research, design, development, and sourcing of branded footwear of Spalding & Russell. Successfully built all of the footwear process control requirements. Trained the quality assurance department for calibration of footwear quality standards. Collaborated with offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Mainland China. Liaison for the brand’s pro athletes in the NBA and NFL to meet their footwear needs.

My primary responsibilities were in the areas of merchandizing the product line, approving designs, product development, commercialization, costing, sourcing, with secondary responsibilities in general operations. I.E: all transportation logistics, HTS (harmonized tariff schedule) code clarifications, customs duties, UPC code setup, and new retail customer form setup
