Responsible for global supply chain operations for multi-branded footwear business including: market research, design, development, and sourcing of branded footwear of Spalding & Russell. Successfully built all of the footwear process control requirements. Trained the quality assurance department for calibration of footwear quality standards. Collaborated with offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Mainland China. Liaison for the brand’s pro athletes in the NBA and NFL to meet their footwear needs.

Responsible for the design and development of branded footwear including: Spalding, Russell, and Hind. Facilitated account presentations worldwide. Proven success communicating across continents and cultures through work in Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. Successfully managed the fit, durability, and control of all pro athlete basketball footwear products.

Polliwalks specializes in products that appeal to the fun side of being a child. We took Company from inception in 2007 to over 3.5 million in retail sales at the end of 2009. My primary responsibilities were in the areas of merchandizing the product line, approving designs, product development, commercialization, costing, sourcing, with secondary responsibilities in general operations. I.E: all transportation logistics, HTS (harmonized tariff schedule) code clarifications, customs duties, UPC code setup, and new retail customer form setup
