In My Own Words
Hi. I'm Dave.
Flexibility and adaptation are the main characteristics I focus on allowing me to be successful when I work as a graphic designer/artist. I'm self-sufficient and organized, allotting time to priority projects I'm hired to work on or help with.
While I was in school, I started freelancing with only a few projects here and there at first, but after graduation, my network started growing with more clients/projects from different places in Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon. I learned how to manage my time with several different projects while also working as a bicycle mechanic.
In April of 2017, I finished my current contracts and started working for Selle Design Group, a design firm in Sandpoint, Idaho. At Selle, I was a production designer, illustrator, and graphic artist for a wide variety of clients ranging from local radio stations to an international quarterly magazine, 'Alpaca Culture'.
I currently work for myself again doing odd jobs as business is a little unpredictable with COVID and all. . .I hope to find a friendly company to work for helping develop creative and influential designs for the world around us.
Thanks for reading.
Dave.
