•   Worked closely with Photo and Graphics Department to ensure that both military patients and staff portraits are accurate and current according to Army Regulations in studio environment.
•   Completed training certification for BAMC network database systems, HIPAA Patient Privacy Act, and for the Red Cross Volunteer orientation program.

•   Assisted customers with daily promotions and store merchandise. Retained knowledge of current and incoming merchandise.
