- Started, developed and managed a company that provides English language services to local Taiwanese businesses
- Services included document translations from Mandarin Chinese to English, English document editing, presentation preparation, corporate classroom teaching, internet-based ESL lessons and one-on-one tutoring
- Translated for and trained members of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi financial department in global presentations that were to be conducted in English
- Created a customized ESL program for automotive engineering company, Mtmation's, entire employee base and taught a 10-week course for their entire staff on presentation methods, business appropriate cultural communication, and technical automotive terminology
