In my role as General Manager | Regional Sales Manager for Tubular Steel, Inc., I was wholly responsible for all plant and sales operations for the West US Region (western 11 states).

General Manager | Regional Sales Manager

During my time spent as North American Sales Manager for specialty accounts, I was responsible for the strategic initiatives and sales growth for all Stohlquist Paddling life vests and accessories.  This included resort sales in Mexico, Key accounts in the US and small retail venues throughout Canada, through the network of 30+ independent sales reps strategically located throughout the continent.

North American Sales Manager - Specialty

In my previous role at Aqua Lung America:

I was responsible for overseeing account management, strategic direction, revenue growth, and profitability of global club and US big-box channels to create new business opportunities in untapped markets. Led global sales programs for Costco and Sam’s club, and domestic programs for BJ’s, REI, Sports Authority, Navy Exchange, Big 5, Walmart-Hawaii and Target-Hawaii to meet and exceed set business objectives. Monitor KPIs metrics of club sales channels to maximize profitability. Managed vendor portal systems including Walmart (Retail Link) and Target (Partners Online). Review annual forecast and volume projection to identify supply chain risks.

I was spearheading end-to-end sales and product placement operations of regional key accounts, while managing warehousing, transportation, reporting systems, and product management to achieve set business goals. Participated in regional and domestic trade shows and marketing events to generate brand awareness and product promotions. Negotiated with vendors and suppliers for 3PL implementation to improve delivery processes and increase client satisfaction rate.

In my previous role at Aqua Lung America:

I was providing order management support, solutions-based sales, and product recommendations to key clients, while collaborating with regional sales representatives to maximize fulfillment and client satisfaction. Facilitated clients from order entry to delivery, as well as developed excel based order forms & catalog solutions.

Key Accomplishments:

✯	Ranked #1 salesperson for achieving highest sales volume and exceeding growth targets for consistent 4 years.
✯	Increased revenue growth for assigned brick and mortar accounts by 116% through establishing weekly and monthly reports for order replenishment and new sales orders.


Inside Sales Representative 

In my role as SCUBA Department Manager for Sport Chalet, I managed all departmental sales operations including a team of eight retail employees and over 50 SCUBA Instructors and SCUBA leadership/support staff.  Coordinated with corporate HQ to develop and implement chain-wide planograms for all SCUBA departments, resulting in an optimized merchandising solution and increased consumer engagement for technical equipment and general water sports merchandise.  Recognized twice as employee of the quarter for operational excellence and exceeding sales targets.

SCUBA Department Manager | SCUBA Instructor

Operated in a fast-paced environment, responsible for multiple weapons systems, vessel boarding’s and seizure, and the dissemination of classified communications to be used during maritime operations.
•	Conducted 34 vessel searches in the Arabian Gulf and South America, with over $30,000,000 in seized goods.
•	2000 USS McClusky Junior Sailor of the Quarter; 3-Year Good Conduct Medal; Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal; 6 Letters of Commendation.  
•	Successful coordination of munitions offload, with over 20 various types of various munitions.
•	Responsible for a five-person team, including all training requirements and qualifications.
