-Led groups of 5-15 students on day to week long outdoor adventure outings including backpacking, stand up paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking and white water rafting. -Responsible for medical care, permits, meal prep, and group transportation

-Provide customer service to residents by maintaining and dispersing front desk equipment and answering general questions as needed. -Manage the desk area including greeting residents, responding to the telephone and in person requests for information. -Inform residents about University policies when needed. -Report security concerns and policy violations to on call RA/ Pro Staff. -Manage the day to day calendar for residential professional staff; including scheduling and adjusting appointments.
