- Compiled and on-boarded over 20% of new vendors while maintaining key relationships with existing vendors and expanded market reach immensely.
- Built and implemented a system module responsible for managing all floral arrangements across the U.S. that provided a faster and more efficient product order completion and improved sales numbers across every market.

- Designed a Women's Resource Center for local female entrepreneurs to leverage available resources and mentoring within the Boise community.
- Influenced key stakeholders to combine resources and invest their time and commit to the Women's Resource Center.
- Critiqued and improved membership perks and resources to better fulfill the mission of this nonprofit incubator hub.
- Organized and implemented multiple events and speaker series of different topics ranging from B Corporations, For-Profits, and Nonprofits to marketing tips to venture capital funding.

- Advised and implemented event details that improved community campaign funding and involvement across 200 local organizations.
- Generated marketing materials and tools that were used on organization's campaigns and fundraising.
- Upgraded the roles and responsibilities of the Loaned Executive role in order for future employees to be more efficient and effective on the United Way team.
