Overview
The Product Specialist is responsible for collaborating with different departments to enhance respective brand awareness.

Essential Functions
•	Works with the development team to bring new products to market based on trends and public demand
•	Works with our Purchasing Department regarding inventory levels and pricing
•	Works with Sales, Marketing and Digital Services to develop marketing strategies including catalogs, digital and print advertising, sales programs and closeout reduction
•	Works with Sales, Purchasing and Management to launch new products in the US, Canada and Europe to execute and address local needs and requirements
•	Research and development of the current market along with assessing new trends and buying habits
•	Works with the Art Department to plan annual advertising budget, completes ad schedule and scheduling of press releases as well as layout of new catalogs
•	Works with our Events Department to plan, coordinate and execute various annual corporate events, training tours, dealer rides, etc.
•	Plans and coordinates Brand Ambassadors and sponsored riders to enhance brand awareness in the marketplace
•	Plans product launches including rep samples, press releases, media and industry sampling
•	Plans, schedules and coordinates new product photo shoots for periodic launches
•	Works with RSM’s and local sales reps to assist in closing sales to new accounts, large orders and unique circumstances
•	Works with Art Department and Purchasing to create merchandising materials and displays
•	Travels with sales reps nationally for training on the product line and gain feedback from the field
•	Works with Purchasing, development team and management to address quality control issues and warranties
•	Maintains strict confidentiality
•	Performs other duties and/or duties as assigned

Product Specialist

- Racing Services Department Manager: manage relations and sponsorship contracts for all USA based athletes, develop department process and procedures, hire Racing Services team and train for on-site services, manage department budget and spending, manage inventory orders, solve all their problems. 
- Product Development: test and report feedback to develop products for both end user and customized professional use. 
- Manage partner relations and event sponsorship contracts. Coordinate staffing, logistics, press release, budget spending, and post event ROI reporting. 
- Organized and developed Racing Services department standard operating procedures.


Racing Coordinator

- Public Activation Manger, responsibilities include: logistics planning, staffing, merchandising, travel booking, budget planning, contract point of contact, on-site point of contact. 
- Operations Supervisor, responsibilities include: supervisor for 4 operations employees, supervise/organize project planing for two office building and one warehouse. 
- Planned 57 events in 2019. 
- Budgets responsible for ranged from $3,000 - $150,000 per event. 

Event Coordination

- Create and manage SEO, digital display ads, social media ads, third party listing ads.
- Photograph, write copy, and advertise inventory (motorcycles, parts, accessories, services provided) on website and various ecommerce sites.
- Develop Social Media Strategy and track performance.
- Produce creative content (videos, photographs, banners, etc).  
- Manage website content regularly update.
- Manage marketing budget and submit advertising expenses for co-op.
- Produce creatives and copy for monthly newsletters.
- Event coordinator.
