A Jack of all trades in taking designs from concept through final product. Designer, renderer, fabricator, and quality controller, with a special interest in materials and craftsmanship.

Collaborate with clients and projects that include; graphic design, 3D design, home renovation, exhibits, point of sale displays, and the teaching of basic computer modeling and model building. 

Part of the Studio Innovation team for Performance Running category as a Developer and CAD support. Supports in-line performance running team with the creation of sole units and technology through computer aided design and manufacturing knowledge.

Product Development Technical Designer II

Interpret and identify artwork concepts from artist and other parties to create 3D models and physical study models. Generate design concepts. Utilize Rhino3D and Grasshopper to assist in concept generation, increasing productivity of modeling, and output documentation for sculpture installation. Develop parametric scripts through Grasshopper to interpret data for design and output 3D models for aesthetically appealing artwork. Create informative renderings for all design stages, from concept proposals through final design documentation. Research and recommend material and manufacturing methods for production. Collaborate with engineers, architects, fabricators, and other third party vendors to document and communicate artistic direction, and to ensure quality control.
Design and construct scale models for clarity, experimentation, and presentations. Develop sculpture finishing techniques. Train studio assistants on machine tools, methods, and safety. Manage repairs and installations.

Designer / Fabricator

Increased communication between creative directors to model building team ensuring integrity of design theme. Clarified Projects by producing 2D and 3D models for fabrication, outputting blueprints and material lists. Ensured integrity of design by collaborating with model builders, CNC operators, metal fabrication department, and approve quality of contract fabrication shops. Supported team in development, planning, fabrication, and finishing of models and sets.
