Identifys sale opportunities & planning within assigned territories to meet replenishment goals.
Collaborate with the Accounting department to monitor and resolve credit issues.


Oversees order management and customer service programs for Ecommerce. Provides direction to a 3rd party customer service provider for resolutions and communications. Monitors fraud detection for all three brands. Evaluates and responds to all dispute claims and provides resolution. Oversees promotional management. Documents all promotional requests from internal and external departments, creates promotions, ensures proper testing prior to 'live date' within the Ecommerce platform. Provides operational support to the Director of Operations on projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and or enhance customer experience. 

Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Responsible for invoicing all North America (US & Canada) online orders. Implements training and manages the Customer Service department. Oversees customer satisfaction, complaint handling & resolution. Involved in policy development, retail, sales, fraud detection and reporting analytics. Works closely with management and operations to ensure order fulfillment. Responsible for investigating and reversing credit card charges disputed. Processes refunds to the merchant or cardholder; tracks chargebacks and refers fraudulent activity to the appropriate department.

E-Commerce Customer Service Supervisor

Assist in coordinating and organizing Outlet Sales throughout Orange County & Unified School Districts for Stussy, Undefeated, Boneyards, and Us Versus Them brands. Implements revenue growth through the use of sales and customer service skills. Responsibilities consist of assisting with processing payments, bagging, stocking merchandise and maintaining a professional, lively sales floor environment to maximize the customer shopping experience. Involved in booth set up and tear down procedures.
