Snow Sport and Resort professional with over 25 years of experience in working with resorts and winter sport brands. I have an interest in challenging myself with a constant desire to learn. Creating brand activation's through strategic partnership and innovative sales programs.  Wide range of resort management experience ranging from Retail and Rental Operations, Marketing and Sales with a strong event focus. Race Department and Snow sports school sales programs. Created strategic operating plans around parking and facilities on large weekends. Able to manage multiple budgets and lead large departments with several direct reports. 

Experienced in Global brand activation's and partnerships with destination resorts around the world. Utilized athletes in specific  sport verticals to demonstrate and educate consumers on the products that I have marketed. Created events and seminars for the specialty resort employees as well as consumer facing events that range from concerts, contests and film projects. 

Negotiated dozens of large partnership contracts with company's like Vail Resorts, Intrawest, Powdr, Aspen and KSL. Developed international resort strategy in multiple regions such as Europe, Australia/NZ and Japan. Lead a team of regional marketing managers to help with the execution of partnership contracts. 



In charge of all global resort marketing activity with destination ski and beach resorts. Managed global budget and had two direct reports to support marketing campaigns.  Created multiple training events to support resorts social and digital media. Worked with events department to activate the brand at large events property's nationally and internationally. Leveraged contracted athletes to create brand excitement at local specialty retail shops. Reported ROI back to executive leadership team monthly with full activation recaps. Lead a group of regional marketing managers to help facilitate the execution of deliverables with resorts partners.
