Category National Accounts Manager 

Top Management

•	Returned to Navico to manage a newly created category. Manager of Farm and Fleet accounts. 
•	Maintain training and product knowledge on over 15 unique brands that are offered under the Navico Group brand. 
•	Establish prioritized objectives that are retailer specific for both sales and marketing to grow our Marine and RV product in the Farm/Fleet division. 
•	Build quarterly forecasts and work directly with our brand managers to assure product availability
•	Isolate strategic retailer locations that are A+ stores to deliver top-notch training and individualized Pro staff engagement. 
•	Create unique marketing opportunities that heighten the retailers primary objectives within the given category.  


•	Responsible for sales within the Municipal First Responder/ Firefighting/ HAZ MAT Markets in New England
•	Manages a distribution and sales network to maximize strategic market engagement. 
•	Responsible for the training of distributor sales team to assure they are product experts. 
•	Obtain market feedback and product needs from strategic departments and turn that into actionable feedback for our marketing and product development team. 
•	Provide training to distributor sales reps for all 3M/Scott fire safety product categories. 
•	Provide detailed quarterly forecast to assist in manufacturing. 
•	Manage product "In Service" training for all new users and new recruit firefighters.
