- In charge of Production planning, quality control, and sourcing for the company’s streetwear clothing and footwear brands (Ales Grey, Club Fantasy & Midnight studios).
- Oversee buying and ordering of blanks.
- Direct contact for all providers, including die houses and print shops, for project planning and execution.
- Register inventory on Shopify and work with the warehouse to make sure all counts are recorded in Shiphero.
- In constant communication with the Customer Service department to make sure client’s feedback helps improve our products.
- Merchandising division lead. Generated $1.5M+ in Sales for the company in 2021. Client portfolio includes Netflix, The The HWood Group,Tim The Tatman and Air Cool.
- Responsible for all private label and merchandising production logistics. Lead time reporting to all parties.
- Manage the approval of garments throughout the development and production process.
- Guide clients’ graphic team on garment best practices and cost efficiencies to finalize the creative concept. Collect assets and create mock-ups.
- Create, manage and maintain techpacks for the print shop including Pantones.

- In 2020 managed production, supervised Inventory upload to Shopify and Amazon, negotiation and shipment to wholesalers, marketing and communications strategy of Clean Monster brand (hand sanitizer and facemasks). Generated over $5M in sales.
- Directed Clean Monster’s rebranding, photoshoot, digital platforms content strate- gy, consumer communications via email marketing. Created customer retention and reactivation strategies.
- In charge of production of Ales Grey’s 2020 collabs with Bad Bunny and 574 studios.
- Contributed to the creative concept, business model conceptualization and estab- lishment of ElMerch.com a pre-order based merchandising platform for LatinX artists.
- Established relationships with artists/managers to generate partnership opportuni- ties for ElMerch.com.
- Supervised web orders to coordinate production times and delivery.

Project Manager

- Coordinated Company CEO’s empowerment Podcast “Latinos Unidos” production and online distribution strategy. Scheduled talent for recording and launch of episodes in Youtube and Apple Podcast. Oversaw audio and video editors to ensure final version was ready to go Live.
- Actively participated in research and development for new brands/products/ideas for the Holding Company. Attended strategic partnerships meetings during this time.
- Collaborated on the brand conceptualization and creation of Vibras Foods, a superfoods brand. Participated in product vetting & focus groups set up and analy- sis.
- Supported logistics, administrative and creative team for Al Tun Tun, a Los Angeles latin lifestyle brand. Performed as one of the main DJs.
- Set up and Controlled Al Tun Tun’s web presence, g-suite, email marketing strategy through Klaviyo & Online Guest List.
- Managed remodeling of vegan fast food restaurant, Fala Bar. Worked directly with general contractor. Designed and added interactive Menus/screens. Created and implemented delivery applications for the restaurant.
